Einstein is the smallest horse on record ever to survive and when the news got out to the newspapers the grade of interest was unbelievable.
‘The mean weight of a newborn miniature horse is 18lb. The mean size at birth is 21 inches.
Einstein is all the amazing because he displays no dwarf characteristics and is easily a very little miniature horse.

Only a handful of such cases have been recorded throughout history, so the scientific knowledge accumulated about the pathology is rather limited and there is no cure in sight at the moment.
